Talk of the Town Tablescapes

Saint Louis Art Museum's Art In Bloom-Best in Show winner, renowned floral designer, Daniel Whitehurst will share fabulous design secrets to creating spectacular tablescapes. Daniel along with Eric Kuhlmann, of Kirkwood Florist, demonstrate six themed pieces; Asian, holiday with lights, garden party and a fantastic fall piece amoung others. Through their use of materials and expert design abilities, each piece becomes a work of art before your eyes.

Whitehurst's floral creations are famous throughout St. Louis having won
Best in Show (see photo) frequently teaches and demonstrates at the Missouri Botanical Gardens and St. Louis Orchid Society. Whitehurst's talents were acknowledged when he was invited to help create the floral decor for the inauguration of the governor of Missouri in 2005. Kuhlmann has been instrumental in creating exquisite pieces for some of our areas well-known events, including the recent Saint Louis Symphony Volunteers Association "Parties of Note" for our showroom where his showstopper, a musical note umbrella with vibrant red roses and petals cascading down from the ceiling welcomed guest as they came through the door.
